FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for increasing the effectiveness of vaccination against avian influenza type A, subtype H9N2, includes the use of a pharmacological complex consisting of lithium citrate, ascorbic, acetylsalicylic and succinic acids, butaphosphamide, L-carnitine and glucose, at a dose of 185 mg/kg of body weight three days before vaccination, on the day of vaccination and a day after it, with the following ratio of components (wt.%): lithium citrate 10.0-12.0; ascorbic acid 15.0-17.0; succinic acid 10.0-12.0; butaphosphan 20.0-22.0; L-carnitine 15.0-17.0; acetylsalicylic acid 8.0-10.0; glucose is the rest up to 100. The use of the developed method when vaccinating birds against influenza contributes to a more intensive achievement of the level of uniformity of vaccination by 7.56-41.99%, an increase in the intensity of post-vaccination immunity by 20.74-51.62%, as well as maintaining the duration of immunity.
EFFECT: vaccination index, demonstrating high values with successful vaccination, was 14.17-161.38% higher with the use of the developed method than with the basic diet.
