FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the designs of feed preparation equipment for farms. The feed mill contains a frame, a composite cylindrical body with a receiving, grinding and discharge chambers, a hammer drum, a fan-thrower, a replaceable sieve, a multi-component dispenser with a multi-section hopper, a settling chamber and an electric drive. The multi-component dispenser is installed on top of a cylindrical body above the hammer drum, made folding and equipped with a multi-section hopper, divided into sections by partitions. Under the sections for dosing each homogeneous component of the feed, separate replaceable gear coils are installed on a horizontal shaft connected to an electric variator motor, which provides a change in the rotation speed of the gear coils. The outer partitions of the multi-section bunker are made along tautochronic curves, ensuring a uniform and simultaneous supply of feed components to the toothed coils. The hammer drum is enclosed in a cylindrical replaceable sieve, perforated over the entire area, made with a hole for the passage of a vertical shaft and sandwiched between the components of the cylindrical body. The sedimentation chamber is installed separately to collect the product and is connected by a product pipeline to the ejection window of the unloading chamber.
