FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the studies of the phase permeabilities of core samples used to determine the productivity of gas condensate and oil and gas wells. The method for determining phase permeabilities includes the steps of: determining parameters of formation fluid samples, including at least PVT properties of the fluid, fluid composition; preparation of core samples; determination of filtration test conditions for determining phase permeabilities, including at least: not less than two pressure values for conducting filtration tests, a range of flow rates of the gas-condensate mixture characteristic of the area near the well, at least six filtration test modes for at least two pressure values, including at least three modes of joint stationary filtration; determination of phase permeabilities by conducting filtration tests under conditions that were determined at the previous stage using core samples, while when conducting filtration tests: using a closed recirculation system, an optical separator, taking into account the volume of displaced fluid in the output line of the core holder to the optical separator by pumping an additional volume of gas through the bypass flushing line after each mode of joint stationary filtration, filtration test modes are performed for at least two pressures, and each mode is performed at least at two speeds from the range of flow rates of the gas-condensate mixture characteristic of the area near the well.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy and reliability of determining phase permeabilities depending on the saturation of core samples, increase in the well productivity and increase in the oil production, as well as reducing the volume of used fluid.
