SUBSTANCE: used on load-lifting cranes and crossbeams. The hook hanger contains a hook, a traverse, a fastening element for securing the hook to the traverse and a thrust bearing, as well as a locking device covered with a hook hanger cover, the design of which is a hook shank made stepped with an end in the form of a truncated cone in a smaller base, a blind hole is made with a thread into which a locking screw is screwed, which secures a non-metallic deformable locking device in the form of a cylinder with a through central cylindrical hole using a washer. The outer side surface of the locking device is in contact with the inner surface of the nut, and the surface formed by the through central cylindrical hole is associated with the conical end of the hook shank. The locking device is a curved plate, the short part of which passes into a through hole in the hook suspension cover and is inserted into a transverse through groove made in the end of the smaller base of the conical end of the hook shank. The long part of the curved plate is fixed with a screw on the hook suspension cover.

EFFECT: simplification of the design, increased ease of installation of hook suspension elements, and increased operational reliability.
