FIELD: heat exchange equipment.

SUBSTANCE: water tube boiler contains: a combustion chamber longitudinally elongated in the axial direction and oriented horizontally or at an acute angle to the horizontal plane, at least two heat exchange tube collectors, heat exchange tubes at least partially located along the longitudinal axis of the said combustion chamber; at least a part of these pipes is at least partially helically finned with a steel strip, membrane tube (6) manifolds: upper (11) and lower (5), membrane tubes (6) grouped at least in two batteries: the upper one, in which membrane pipes (6) are interconnected by manifolds (11, 13), and the lower one, in which the membrane pipes (6) are interconnected by manifolds (5, 7), while at least part of the gaps between adjacent membrane pipes (6) of each battery is at least partially closed with steel plates, gas ducts at least partially located to the left and right of the said combustion chamber in such a way that at least part of the said heat exchange pipes is at least partially located between the vertical plane passing through the central longitudinal axis of the said combustion chamber and the space of gas ducts (20), in which: the said heat exchange pipes are grouped into at least one battery, while their ends are connected to the said manifolds of the heat exchange tubes, the said manifolds of heat exchange and membrane tubes are interconnected and are designed in such a way as to enable movement of the heat carrier in essentially all heat exchange and membrane tubes subjected to thermal action.

EFFECT: reduced dimensions of the boiler while maintaining high efficiency, improved maintainability.
