SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to increase the strength of dentures. The TiRebar Constructor for dentures includes a set of titanium links in two different shapes, made by laser cutting from 1.0-2.0 mm thick titanium sheets. The links of the first form are arcuate plates 3.0-4.0 mm wide, the terminal parts of which are outlined by arcs of circles with a radius of 2.8-3.4 mm, with a round hole with a diameter of 3.6 mm inside each circle. The centers of the circles and the centers of the holes corresponding to the circles coincide, and each circular arc of the end part contains a supporting protrusion 2×2 mm, which forms an angle of 125-135 degrees to the line connecting the centers of the holes. The links of the second form are a round flat washer with an internal diameter of 3.6 mm and an outer diameter of 5.6-6.8 mm, the washer contains one supporting protrusion 2×2 mm.
EFFECT: reduction in the time required for patient adaptation to a reinforced prosthesis is achieved.
