FIELD: road construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for the preparation of a cast asphalt concrete mixture based on a composition consisting of mineral materials, fine coke, a binder – the residue of the visbreaking process, a synthetic wax plasticizer or a polymer of bituminous binder and synthetic wax and can be used for coating public roads, tunnels, bridge structures for patching during the operation of road surfaces. A method for producing a cast asphalt concrete mixture is described, including heating of mineral materials and mineral powder, mixing in a cyclic asphalt mixer with a heated binder, followed by unloading into a mobile hopper, whereas in this method the mixture is prepared in two stages, where mineral materials heated to 230° at the first stage are mixed with mineral powder heated to 100°C, a modifying binder is introduced into the prepared dry mixture and mixed until the mineral grains are completely enveloped with a binder, then at the second stage, into the obtained mineral carbon-bitumen composition with a temperature of 200°C, in the case of obtaining a cast asphalt concrete mixture, synthetic wax preheated to 170°C is introduced and mixed until a homogeneous fluid mass is obtained, and in the case of obtaining a cast polymer asphalt concrete mixture, first polymer bitumen is introduced, mixed until a homogeneous mass and then with synthetic wax, whereas fine petroleum coke is used as a mineral powder in the composition of the cast asphalt concrete mixture and the cast polymer asphalt concrete mixture, as a modifier of fine coke and mineral components, a binder is used – the remainder of the visbreaking process with a softening temperature of 55°C according to KiSh, and synthetic wax with a melting point of at least 60°C or polymer bitumen and synthetic wax are used as a plasticizing component, in the following ratio of components, %: fine coke 25-32 wt.%; mineral materials 68-75 wt.%; visbreaking residue 12-14% above the mass of mineral materials and fine coke; synthetic wax 1-2% above the mass of mineral materials and fine coke or polymer bitumen in the amount of 3.0% and synthetic wax 0.5-1% above the mass of mineral materials and fine coke.
EFFECT: increased adhesion of the organic binder with the mineral part of the cast asphalt concrete mixture, increased heat resistance of cast asphalt concrete and polymer asphalt concrete, technological mobility, reduced aging, cooking temperature and cost, expansion of the raw material base, utilization of low-liquid oil products.
