SUBSTANCE: shower jet nozzle and to a shower head containing it. The shower jet outlet nozzle contains cavity (1), side wall (2) that limits the cavity perpendicular to longitudinal axis (D_L) of the nozzle, and base (3) that limits the cavity from the outlet side in the direction of the longitudinal axis, which is made of an elastic material, and in which a shower spout pattern (4_S) is formed, consisting of one or more shower spout holes (4) with an open initial configuration, the base serving to elastically deform with the shower spout pattern under the action of the operating pressure of the fluid passing through the shower head in the cavity and at the same time smoothly increase the flow area of the structure of the outlet holes of the shower jets while increasing the operating pressure of the fluid passing through the shower head, within the range of normal operating pressure. According to one aspect of the invention, shower spout pattern (4_S) is located at a distance from side wall (2), and base (3) on inner side (3_I) and/or on outer side (3_A) contains weakened area (5) with a reduced wall thickness relative to the adjacent area of the base or side wall, while the weakened area serves to elastically deform in cavity (1) under the action of the operating pressure of the fluid passing through the shower head.

EFFECT: new design that can be used, for example, for sanitary showers or kitchen shower nozzles.
