FIELD: control systems for multiple rocket launchers.
SUBSTANCE: control system unit for a missile launched from a tubular guide contains a body and aerodynamic rudders mounted on it that open in flight. The steering wheels consist of a base with a groove and a rotary console. The rotary console and the base are fastened with a splined shaft. The shaft is equipped with two parallel flats and is installed with the possibility of rotation relative to the folding axis and longitudinal movement along it under the action of a compression-torsion spring. On the splines of the shaft and the mating part of the base there are cone-shaped input parts, congruent to each other, with a cone angle of 30-60°. The flats on the side of the shaft end are beveled at an angle of 15-60° from the longitudinal axis.
EFFECT: reliable operation of the missile control system unit is achieved and the occurrence of shock loads is eliminated during the opening of the aerodynamic control surfaces under the influence of aerodynamic loads.
