SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for water purification and disinfection. The device comprises a housing with a lid with ledges in the lower part, a cylindrical filter element, the diameter of which is equal to the internal diameter of the housing, an inlet branch pipe, a sump made in the form of a hollow hemisphere facing downwards, and a vertical tube installed in the housing and connected to the inlet pipe. The lid has an outlet. UV LEDs are installed on the inner surface of the lid. A perforated sleeve is installed in the centre of the filter element. A mesh is installed on the bottom side of the filter element. A casing is installed in the lower part of the perforated bushing, the lower part of which is made in the form of a hollow cylinder, and the upper part has a conical shape. A hole is made in the upper part of the casing, the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the perforated sleeve. A removable cylindrical sleeve is installed on the inner side surface of the lower part of the casing. The bushing is made of elastic material and provided with ribs installed along its generatrix. The inner side surface of the lower part of the casing is provided with locking protrusions in its upper part, and the removable sleeve is made with grooves in the upper base. The base of the casing is removable. Holes are made at the periphery of the casing base. Inside the casing, at the lower end of the tube, a perforated hollow cylinder is installed, the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the tube. On the upper part of the perforated hollow cylinder there is a cone-shaped plate, directed upwards by the cone. Blades are installed on the underside of the dish. On the lower side of the casing, along its centre, a shaft is installed with the possibility of rotation together with the casing, passing through the centre of the sump.
