SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for heating water in a swimming pool located above ground level and to a complex for swimming and spa treatments containing such a heating device. The technical result is the ability to connect an air-to-water heat pump with existing spa pools without significantly modifying the latter or additionally cluttering their periphery. The technical result is achieved by providing a heating device for heating water in an above-ground pool, such as a spa pool or an above-ground swimming pool, wherein the heating device includes a frame that contains a base designed to be placed on the ground when using the heating device; the back side, which extends from the base upward and, when using the device, is adjacent to the pool; the front side, which extends from the base upward and is located opposite to the back side; and an upper side that connects the rear and front sides and typically has a stepped shape comprising at least two steps that, when in use of the device, are at different respective levels in height, with the highest level of the upper side extending toward the rear side, at while the other levels are distributed evenly between the base and the highest level so that during operation the user can access the pool by successively moving through the step-shaped levels by climbing up these levels from the ground to enter the pool and descending down these levels to the ground to exit the pool; an air-to-water heat pump designed to transfer heat from the air to the water filling the pool, wherein the heat pump is located in the internal volume of the frame, which is formed between the base and the back, front, and top sides, through which air flowing from outside the frame circulates , and connection means designed to connect to the pool and allow the pool water to be supplied to the heat pump from the pool side and the water heated by the heat pump to be discharged outside the frame for return to the pool, as well as the technical result achieved by the equipment for bathing and spa procedures containing such a heating device.

EFFECT: ability to connect an air-to-water heat pump with existing spa pools without significantly modifying the latter or additionally cluttering their periphery.
