FIELD: air conditioning systems; aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air conditioning systems (ACS) for aircraft, primarily for promising regional aircraft with a hybrid/distributed power plant, and solves the problem of creating and maintaining specified air parameters at the outlet of the ACS throughout the entire range of operation. An energy-intensive air conditioning system contains an air preparation system, which includes at least one electric blower, at least one air-liquid cryogenic pre-cooling heat exchanger connected to the electric blower, a pump for pumping the coolant of the prepared air (cryoagent) and a flow measurement unit prepared air, consisting, in the preferred embodiment, of a flow sensor, for example, a Venturi tube, a pressure sensor, a differential pressure sensor, temperature sensors, an air cooling unit consisting of an interconnected four-wheel turbo cooler, a main air-to-air heat exchanger, a unit of loop air-air heat exchangers, moisture separators located in front of the first and second stages of the turbo-refrigerator turbine, an air-liquid cryogenic heat exchanger for thermal stabilization, bypass dampers and air flow control and an air recirculation system made in the form of a fan with adjustable rotation speed through controlled control units based on signals from air parameter sensors, installed in ACS.
EFFECT: increase in the energy efficiency of ACS operation is achieved throughout the entire range of operation.
