FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: floating platforms used in the mining industry for the extraction of peat in undrained areas. The floating bridge platform consists of a platform, floats, float mounts, rods, controlled hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pumps, cranes, integral control sensors, and pipelines. The platform is movably connected to the piers, the lower part of which is mounted on the floats with the possibility of limited displacement through a movable connection of the piers with the heads of the floats, the lower plane of which touches the flat hinge, which is installed along the piers. The length of the piers is greater than the width of the platform by more than two diameters of the float, which are fixed on both sides of the platform along the piers. The quantity depends on the length of piers and the diameter of floats and is equal to the integer value of the quotient of the length of the piers divided by the diameter of the float plus one. On the upper plane of the floats there are fastenings for the floats, on which rods are attached with the possibility of rotation. Hydraulic jacks are rigidly fixed on the side parts of the platform and are connected to a skid. A hydraulic manipulator with replaceable attachments is installed on the upper part of the platform, which can be moved. A platform hydraulic system is installed inside the platform, in which a hydraulic pump, a crane, and controlled hydraulic cylinders are connected in series, connected to each other by a pipeline, and an integral control sensor is connected to them in parallel. An autonomous float hydraulic system is installed inside the floats, in which a direct valve, a float hydraulic pump and a check valve are connected in series by a pipeline, and the hydraulic pump is connected to a level sensor.
EFFECT: expansion of the functionality of the floating platform, allowing the extraction of raw materials without subsequent dismantling of the structure.
