FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as a drainage device for earth dams and embankment dams on flat and submountain sections of small rivers. In the method of constructing layered drainage, including laying flexible mats on the downstream slope of an earthen structure, according to the invention, flexible mattresses 1 are made of cylindrical shape from perforated drainage pipes 2, wrapped around geomats and geogrid, and are laid on the downstream slope on top of the sand preparation in 5 longitudinal rows in the exit area filtration flow, so that the drainage perforated pipe 2 of one mats enters the pipe 2 of the subsequent mats. At the bottom of the slope at the base of the flexible mats 1, one longitudinal row of gabion mats 6 is arranged. Gabion mats are made 2.2-2.5 m long, 0.8-1.2 m wide and 0.4-0.6 m thick from stone material 7 and galvanized metal mesh. Layered drainage from flexible mats can be effectively used in flat and submountain sections of rivers during the construction and reconstruction of earthen dams and embankment dams, as well as in hard-to-reach sections of rivers where the delivery of construction equipment is difficult.
EFFECT: increasing the work efficiency and reducing thelabor intensity of manufacturing.
