EFFECT: providing vertical installation of piles with a hammer that can apply a stable disturbing force in the direction of installation of the pile, and maintaining a vertical state according to the movement of the vibration load, ensuring stable operation even when the elastic support element is partially damaged, improving the gripping efficiency of the pile, since the installed pile can be grabbed from the side.
