FIELD: computer teaching methods and systems.
SUBSTANCE: cyber training system includes an administrator's personal computer, a system server, permanent machine-readable code stored in memory and executed by a system server processor to implement a cyber training server that is configured to receive input of a selected virtual IT infrastructure from an IT infrastructure database. A web server, at least one instructor PC, at least one monitor team trainee PC, and at least one response team trainee PC are introduced. The system server's persistent machine-readable code implements at least one cyber training database. The cyber training server is additionally configured to generate traffic and hacker attacks; formation and maintenance of electronic incident cards by trainees; generating cyber training reports, maintaining cyber training scoring and accumulating statistical data in the cyber training database.
EFFECT: provision of network interaction for implementation of cyber training to detect cyber attacks and respond to information security incidents.
