SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the water-based cleanser for skin and hands, in particular for heavily soiled hands. The cleanser for skin and hands contains an aqueous base and an abrasive substance, as a water base it contains liquid soap, and as an abrasive substance it contains rubber crumbs in the following ratio of components, wt.%: 50.00–80.00 of liquid soap, 50.00–20.00 of crumb rubber.
EFFECT: invention provides high-quality cleansing of the skin and hands.
