SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of feed and compound feed. The following is proposed: a method of obtaining a bacteriologically pure protein concentrate for feeding cattle including mixing rapeseed cake with a protein composition from cattle colostrum in an amount of 1 to 5 wt.%, extruding the resulting mass at a temperature of 90 to 110°C for 30–60 minutes with further cooling of the resulting concentrate.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain a bacteriologically pure protein feed concentrate containing all the required amino acids in optimal proportions, which makes it a complete and high-quality source of protein with increased nutritional value and high antioxidant activity.
