METHOD FOR OBTAINING TECHNOGENIC SOIL Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC C05F7/00 A01G24/20

Abstract RU 2808737 C1

FIELD: public utilities.

SUBSTANCE: used in the production of soils. The method for obtaining technogenic soil is that sawdust is first laid at the composting site in a layer of 25-30 cm, and a pile is formed from dehydrated sewage sludge with a moisture content of 75-80%. Then, before mixing the components, a layer of sawdust with a moisture content of 20-30% is laid on top in a ratio of 1:0.132 by weight, composting is carried out for 70 days, with stirring at a frequency of 1 time with an interval of 14 days until the temperature of the composted mixture reaches 60-75°C. Then the pile is covered with a layer of ready-made compost in the amount of 11% of the total mass of sewage sludge, and the mixture is kept for 30 days. When the temperature of the composted mixture drops below 40°C it is additionally covered with a layer of compost in an amount of 17% by weight of the original sewage sludge, followed by exposure for 30 days. The resulting finished compost is mixed with construction sand and soil, with a moisture content of compost 60%, construction sand 20%, soil 20%. Then the mixture is mixed twice with a turner with a frequency of 1 time and an interval of two weeks to obtain soil, followed by ripening for one month.

EFFECT: simplification and increase of the fertilizing value of the final target soil product, ensuring high germination of the grass lawn, and solving the problem of wastewater sludge disposal.
