FIELD: well testing.
SUBSTANCE: method for clarifying the reservoir porosity and permeability (RPP) of a formation in the interwell space relates to the gas industry and can be used when adapting a three-dimensional hydrodynamic model (HDM) to the results of large-scale gas dynamic testing of wells (LGDT), mainly during long summer field shutdowns. During the method, a hydrodynamic model of reservoirs is constructed, four types of LGDT are carried out, the results obtained with all types of LGDT are adapted, obtaining modifiers of the pore volume and permeability of the formation, which are then combined into single modifier cubes. In addition, the general trend of reduction in pore volume and reservoir permeability in the HDM is clarified as a function of pressure for the HDM zones selected during the LGDT survey or for the reservoir as a whole. Also, the results of adaptation of individual LGDTs are used as a trend for constructing a single cube of modifiers with filling the space between research regions by interpolating the resulting modifiers. In addition, after transferring the results of adaptation of individual studies, the general trend of reduction in pore volume and permeability in the HDM is clarified as a function of pressure for the HDM regions selected during the LGDT or for the reservoir as a whole, and after that the transition is made to the residual modification of RPP single cubes in the HDM using interpolation of study region modifiers.
EFFECT: HDM parameters are clarified and, accordingly, the reliability of forecast indicators and the value of recoverable gas reserves is increased.
