SUBSTANCE: majority module is designed to implement a majority function, the arguments of which are input binary signals, and can be used in digital computing systems as a means of preliminary information processing. The majority module contains six elements XOR (1₁, …, 1₆), nine majority elements (2₁, …, 2₉) and two NOT elements (3₁, 3₂).

EFFECT: due to these elements and the new scheme of their connection, the implementation of the specified function for eleven arguments is ensured. As a result, the functionality of the majority module has been expanded.
