SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at reducing hardware costs while maintaining the functionality of the device. It is achieved due to the fact that the device contains a 2OR element, a 2AND element, four NOT elements and six majority elements, with the combined first and second inputs of the 2OR, 2AND elements, and the third input ()-th and first input of the k-th majority elements are connected, respectively, to the outputs of the third and sixth majority elements, the output of the k-th element NOT and ()-th input of the device for comparing binary numbers, the first and second outputs of which are connected, respectively, to the outputs of elements 2OR and 2AND.
EFFECT: reducing hardware costs while maintaining the functionality of the device.
