The effect is achieved through creation of a monitoring system for the AS comprising: a data collection device containing: a control module, a module for extracting data from the monitored object, and a data conversion module; a data streaming device containing: a memory module for intermediate data storage, a data management module for validation, and a data storage module intended for transmission; a stream data processing device containing: a validation control module, a module for storing rules for determining deviations, a module for storing validation rules, and a module for determining deviations; a data storage system containing: a memory module for storing metrics data and a memory module for storing predicted data; forecasting device; a device for determining deviations, containing: a module for generating notifications, a module for controlling the rules for determining deviations, and a module for determining deviations; device for informing users and communicating between them.

EFFECT: improved reliability of the AS monitoring system.
