FIELD: military; anti-aircraft missiles.
SUBSTANCE: cassette with anti-aircraft guided missiles contains a casing and missiles placed in it, ensuring the assembly of anti-aircraft guided missiles into a single installation module, including several transport and launch containers. The design of the specified cassette ensures the assembly of up to four anti-aircraft guided missiles into a radial package, the diameter of which does not exceed the outer diameter of each transport and launch container with an anti-aircraft guided missile included in the specified single installation module. The cassette is made with upper and lower fastening yokes. The cassette yokes, by design, overall dimensions and placement locations, are made with the possibility of attaching a single installation module to the yokes of transport and launch containers. The design of the cassette provides a support for resting on the ground when launching anti-aircraft guided missiles from the cassette. Also, the design of the cassette provides an external connector, in design, overall dimensions and location, designed to be connected to external connectors of transport and launch containers through a switching device, including a splitter for a multiplex information transmission channel to four anti-aircraft guided missiles located in the cassette, and a dialling field, assigning jumpers to the conventional numbers of anti-aircraft guided missiles located in the cassette. The attachment points on the transport and launch containers of the upper and lower yokes of the cassette and the placement of the external connector of the cassette are distributed in such a way that the centre of mass of the cassette with its support and anti-aircraft guided missiles coincides with the centre of mass of one of the transport and launch containers with an anti-aircraft guided missile from a single installation module.
EFFECT: it is possible to use 9M96E(2) anti-aircraft guided missiles as part of the 35P6E and 40P6E complexes, which will quadruple the ammunition load of the 35P6E and 40P6E complexes.
