SUBSTANCE: during production of a plastic key fob with full-colour printing equipped with a built-in RFID tag, at the pouring stage, the key fobs remain on the base sheet held by at least two jumpers located between the main sheet and the body of the key fob and fixing the key fob to the base, and at least two notches are made on each jumper, ensuring removal of key fobs from the base, thereby preventing the key fob from skewing in two or more planes relative to the main sheet after the notch application stage.
EFFECT: increased strength and resistance to physical stress during the use of the key fob.
