SUBSTANCE: method of bifactor excitation of fluxgates contains stages in which two physical processes are simultaneously initiated in the material of the core magnetic core - magnetic modulation transformation of the magnetic permeability of the material of the core-type magnetic circuit and the excitation of eddy currents in the near-surface layer of the core-type magnetic circuit, thereby carrying out a corresponding modulating effect on the measured magnetic field, and also exciting an acoustic field in the form of radial longitudinal waves, which carry out an additional acoustic modulation transformation of the magnetic permeability of the material of the core-type magnetic circuit, through which a corresponding modulating effect on the measured magnetic field is realized, in the structure of the material of the core-type magnetic circuit.
EFFECT: increased measurement accuracy, increased sensitivity and noise immunity.
