FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the extraction of precious metals from rich copper-nickel industrial products formed during the processing of copper-nickel mattes. The method includes sequential leaching of the middling product, first under oxidizing atmospheric conditions with the addition of sulfuric acid, then autoclave oxidative leaching under oxygen pressure with the return of the autoclave solution to the atmospheric stage and with the removal of non-ferrous metals and iron from the process with the atmospheric leaching solution and the formation of a concentrate of noble metals in the form of cake autoclave stage. During autoclave oxidative leaching, the initial concentration of sulfuric acid is maintained at 75-80 g/l, the atmospheric leaching solution containing iron, non-ferrous and noble metals is neutralized with an alkaline reagent to pH≥7, and the resulting hydrate precipitate is sent to the pyrometallurgical process to extract all valuable components from it.

EFFECT: invention ensures a reduction in the loss of precious metals with solutions removed from the technological scheme, as well as an increase in the quality of the residue after the second stage of sulfuric acid leaching.
