FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: field of blocking fluids for drilling, operation and repair of wells. The invention proposes a blocking fluid containing a hydrocarbon phase - oil, emulsifier and mineralized aqueous phase, and also additionally includes organophilic bentonite as a high-temperature emulsion stabilizer. The VE-EM reagent was chosen as an emulsifier, during the synthesis of which ethanolamine esters of fatty acids are formed, which are the main active ingredients for the formation of the emulsion, and boric ester of glycerol, which is an additional emulsifier. 1 m3 of blocking fluid contains, wt.%: hydrocarbon phase - oil - 10-25; high-temperature emulsion stabilizer - 0.5-1.25; VE-EM emulsifier - 0.5-1; mineralized aqueous phase - the rest.
EFFECT: increasing the phase thermal stability of the blocking fluid at temperatures up to 110°C for 10 days.
