FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the designs and composition of attack aircraft systems. The strike aviation complex contains a group of vertical short take-off/landing aircraft, or aircraft launching from an inclined launcher, including one optionally manned convertiplane and more than one unmanned convertiplane, each made according to a twin-rotor transverse design, having an integral “tailless” aerodynamic design and smooth coupling of the fuselage with the aft engine nacelle and the delta-shaped wing. The cantilever swept keels are deflected inwards towards the plane of symmetry and have at the tips streamlined fairings with shock-absorbing struts for the caster wheels of the four-legged non-retractable landing gear for vertical take-off/landing (VTOL) on the tail.
EFFECT: increased speed, flight range, increase payload, and ability for the convertiplanes to perform short takeoff/landing in the flight configuration of an airfield-based aircraft.
