FIELD: polymer coatings.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for applying polymer coatings to the surfaces of metal and alloy products and can be used for coating inside a projectile body. The installation for producing polymer coatings on the inner surface of the projectile contains a housing in which a fluidization chamber is movably mounted on bearings, which is a hollow cylinder with a lid having ventilation holes and a dust collector made of a porous partition. Pressurization is carried out with air through the channel, powder supply through the channel and nozzle, liquid supply through the channel. The mixing of liquid and powder is ensured by propeller blades, the rotation of the fluidization chamber is carried out by an electric motor, at the bottom of the liquefaction chamber a supply valve is mounted on a stand with a collar, under which a movable drum is mounted with projectiles mounted crosswise in heated canisters. On the same platform with the drum at a distance of 2/3 of the length of the projectile, a receiving tank with a pump for supplying liquid through a pipe line to the fluidization chamber is rigidly fixed.
EFFECT: ensuring the application of coatings to the internal surfaces of hollow products of complex configuration.
