SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to predict the occurrence of critical incidents in the circulatory system during surgical interventions under conditions of combined epidural and inhalation anesthesia. During the operation, the peripheral perfusion index Pi is continuously recorded on the fingers of the left upper limb using a pulse oximeter and the arithmetic mean value of the microcirculation index M using laser Doppler flowmetry. When the peripheral perfusion index Pi falls against the background of a stable arithmetic mean value of the microcirculation index M, the occurrence of critical incidents in the circulatory system is predicted.
EFFECT: method ensures the adoption of timely measures to eliminate intraoperative critical incidents and complications by predicting their occurrence.
