SUBSTANCE: effect is achieved due to the fact that in the method of protecting power lines and emergency control in electrical networks with distributed generation, after a short circuit occurs, generators and/or groups of generators with a balanced load are first turned off, then transformers and load feeders are selectively turned off, then non-selective shutdown of power lines in areas with emergency voltage parameters, trigger re-closing cycles of power line switches, power line switches with one-way normal voltage are re-turned on within their time slices with monitoring of the absence of a short circuit and when signs of it are detected, the switch is turned off again without a time delay with automatic blocking restart.
EFFECT: improved reliability of power supply to consumers and reduced time to restore normal operation of the power grid.
