FIELD: water vending machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vending machines selling water by automatically controlled dispensing of water into the container of the water buyer. The technical problem lies in the need to ensure the necessary rigidity of the front panel of the device and its high resistance to breaking. The body of the aqua-vending apparatus includes front panel 1, two side panels, a back and top panel, and a bottom. Front panel 1 is equipped with hinged frame 5, made in the form of a door and, using hinges 3, is suspended from door frame 4 framing the doorway of the housing. In this case, the racks of this door frame 4 are connected to the side panels, and its crossbars are connected to the top panel and the bottom. Each rack and each crossbar of door frame 4 and door frame 5 is a bent closed welded profile with a cross section in the form of either a contour L-angle with a contour in the form of a corresponding simple non-convex hexagon, or a contour T-angle with a contour in the form of a corresponding simple non-convex octagon. Each of these contour angles is characterized by the presence of two contour shelves, one of which is longitudinal and the other transverse. In front frame 5, its longitudinal contour shelf is shelf 8, oriented perpendicular to the plane of front panel 1, and its transverse contour shelf is shelf 13, located at right angles to shelf 8. For door frame 4, its longitudinal contour shelf is shelf 9, oriented perpendicular to the plane of front panel 1 in its closed position, and its transverse contour shelf is shelf 11, located at right angles to shelf 9. In this case, in the closed position of front panel 1, a geometric coupling of the profiles of door frame 5 and door frame 4 is ensured according to the double tongue-and-groove type, in which end 10 of longitudinal contour flange 8 of door frame 5 is simultaneously aligned with transverse contour flange 11 of door frame 4 and end 12 of longitudinal contour shelf 9 of door frame 4 with transverse contour shelf 13 of hinged frame 5.
EFFECT: making the front panel with a hinged frame, which ensures rigidity and significant resistance of the front panel to breaking due to the effect of a double tongue-and-groove door rabbet.
