FIELD: processing and recycling of wastes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of solid municipal and industrial wastes, can be used directly at landfills for decontamination of landfills and their reclamation of both previously filled and newly formed wastes, for stabilization of the ecological situation of the territory adjacent to the landfill, providing the recultivation process. Complex for non-waste processing of municipal and industrial wastes for decontamination and reclamation of landfills includes solid waste sorting equipment with containers for storage of sorted wastes arranged in landfill, their preliminary treatment for secondary use or recycling. Complex is located in separate rooms inside non-permanent building structure and is equipped with a bio-farm with piles for growing an adapted culture of the red Californian worm on bio-fodder from food wastes of sorting. At the same time the complex is additionally equipped with a lateral road around it, a trench for laying biological wastes for processing into humus with subsequent planting of coniferous trees, equipment for production of products from raw materials obtained as a result of processing of solid household wastes. Containers for storage of sorted wastes are made of easily destructible and processed material, which themselves at the end of the waste recycling cycle fall into the category of solid municipal wastes and are processed in the next waste processing cycle.

EFFECT: invention provides the environmental improvement due to the elimination of hazardous gases arising from the incineration of garbage, and by reclamation of the land under the municipal dump, due to preparation of fertile soil layer in trench and planting of coniferous forest.
