FIELD: dust sampling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to installations for collecting dust samples. Invention relates to an installation for sampling dust from a path of a pressurized dust-laden gas flow, containing a hollow screw connected to a drive. In this case, a dust collection tube is installed inside the hollow screw, and the drive is fixedly connected to the boss; wherein a sealing plug is attached to the outer end wall of the boss, and a hollow screw passes through a through hole in the sealing plug and through a through hole in the end wall of the boss. In this case, the output end of the dust collection tube is connected via a flexible hose to the inlet tube of the cyclone, which is connected to the ejector and a container intended for collecting dust. The installation contains a first tube, one end of which is connected to the inlet tube of the cyclone, and the other end to the first pressure gauge. The installation also contains a second tube, one end of which is connected to the dust pipe at the level of the inlet end of the dust collection tube, and the other end is connected to the second pressure gauge. The first and the second pressure gauges are connected to a regulator, which is connected to a shut-off and control device installed in the line of the tube for supplying air to the ejector. The regulator is configured to automatically regulate the amount of air supplied to the ejector, depending on the pressure difference inside the dust pipe at the level of the inlet end of the dust collection tube and the pressure inside the cyclone inlet tube connected by means of a flexible hose to the dust collection tube, by acting on the above shut-off valve regulating device. The boss is installed in the inlet pipe connected to the outer side wall of the cylindrical dust pipe. Trapezoidal inserts are installed inside the dust pipe in its direct-flow section at a distance of 2÷3 diameters of the dust pipeline to the level of the inlet end of the dust collection tube. Moreover, the trapezoidal inserts are installed in such a way that their end surfaces are perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the dust pipeline, while the trapezoidal inserts taper towards the centre of the dust pipeline.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of isokinetic sampling of coal dust from the dust pipeline of a thermal power plant and ensures that more dust enters the dust collection tube in all its possible positions inside the dust pipeline.
