FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method of treating experimental staphylococcosis in chickens, comprising oral administration of a medicinal product for five days, wherein the medicinal preparation used is a combination of a sorbent enriched with montmorillonite and water-soluble vievitin, and said preparation is introduced in a mixture with fodder in doses: vievitin in concentration of 100–300 mg/kg of fodder together with sorbent in concentration of 4,000 mg/kg of fodder.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of methods of treating experimental staphylococcosis in chickens.
