FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: devices for testing equipment, in particular devices for testing pneumatic suspension systems of cars, taking into account design features, in conditions of high humidity and exposure to negative temperatures and is intended for measuring the moisture content of compressed gas and detecting upcoming or already condensation that has occurred. A universal device for creating, measuring, monitoring and accounting for the degree of influence of humidity on the components of air suspensions contains a frame mounted on wheels with hinges with a built-in base for a stand in which a pneumatic strut is installed that exerts pressure on the load spring. The compressor unit located on the frame with a valve block is connected by pneumatic lines to a receiver and a pneumatic strut with the ability to monitor pressure on pressure gauges, and electrical lines. The compressor unit takes air from the dome, in which an ultrasonic device is installed to regulate the humidity of the intake air; the humidity readings in the system are monitored by sensors and displayed on the display unit. The universal device is controlled using controls connected to an external power source through electrical lines, the power of which is changed through an adjustable electrical current converter equipped with a display.
