FIELD: computer technology.
SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved through a passive noise compensator calculator, which contains a weight block, first, second, third and fourth delay blocks, first and second complex adders, first and second complex multipliers, a Doppler phase meter and a clock generator, connected in a certain way and performing adaptive coherent processing of initial digital samples.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of identifying signals from moving targets against the background of passive interference with an a priori unknown Doppler phase.
