FIELD: protective devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices for closing window, door and similar openings, in particular to acoustic building elements protecting public and residential premises from noise. Method of attachment of curtains containing cloth installed in window opening by means of at least three guides. Cloth is made of 100% polyester with a fire-retardant finish. Cloth is made of fabric with convex pattern of recessed squares—waffle cloth, where the square of the canvas is with edge of 0.6 mm, depth of 0.05 mm, fabric density of 425 g/m2, and fixed by hooks on guides, the latter represent are rectangular cavities located in upper, lower and side parts of window opening and installed without gaps. Fastening of the opened sound-insulating cloth is carried out by means of a sticky tape on the side wall of the window opening.
EFFECT: reduced acoustic effect of traffic noise.
