SUBSTANCE: machine for the modernized Kalashnikov machine gun comprises a cradle, a retainer, a basket, and a base. The cradle comprises two hooks and a movable clamp with a free rod for attaching the machine gun body. The basket is rigidly fixed to the cradle by electric arc welding using two metal plates. The base is 1.7 m high and connected to the cradle through a hinge joint. It provides an ability to rotate 360 degrees horizontally and giving the vertical direction angle of the bore from +75° up to 50°.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of machine gun.
