FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an information system of a charging network for electric vehicles and a method of its operation. System comprises: mobile means of communication of users with software utility, carriers of identification information of users and readers for them. Mobile communication means of users provide real-time interaction with the dispatch centre of the charging network and other users of the charging network, in the form of a chat or a call within a software utility via the Internet. Identifiers are made in the form of radio frequency tags (RFID). Readers are installed at charging stations and on entry-exit gates to the main and backup zones of the charging network. Inside the software utility, the following information is displayed in real time for each charging station: “Available”, “Busy”, “User returns to electric vehicle”.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the charging station is achieved.
