FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and reconstruction or repair of buildings and structures, namely to systems for fastening facade cladding from ceramic granite, artificial stone and other types of facade cladding. Facade cladding fastening system includes a bearing assembly consisting of main and fixing strips-holders with support flanges and flanges for fastening, wherein the flanges for fastening both strips are installed on the support flange of the profile and are fixed by means of fasteners, at the same time, the strips-holders are made in the form of the main horizontal strip-holder and the fixing horizontal strip-holder, installed close to each other in such a way that the main strip-holder forms a lower bearing fastener — a guide for the installed facade plate, fixing strip-holder — upper fixing fastener for the adjacent facade plate, at that, each of the support flanges of the said strips is made in the form of a wide horizontal flange, wherein the support flange of each of the strips-holders has a bend conjugated with the flange at angle of 90°, having a height required to maintain the design position of the facade plate, to prevent the facade plates from falling out of the strips, wherein said bends are facing in opposite directions, and both strips-holders have first stiffening ribs formed by transitions between flanges for fixing planks, wherein the main strip-holder and the fixing strip-holder are connected by a connecting bus, as well as strips-holders have second stiffening ribs at ends of fastening flanges, while the second ribs at the ends of the flanges for the fastening of both strips-holders are located at angle of 45±1° to corresponding flanges for fastening of both strips-holders.
EFFECT: increased reliability and rigidity of the facade cladding fastening structure, hence, increased service life of the facade cladding, as well as the possibility of using the fastening system for the facade cladding of different thickness.
