FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to poultry farming. Method for industrial incubation of chicken eggs with transovarial introduction of inositol involves application of 0.01% aqueous solution of inositol from a sprayer onto the surface of the disinfected shell of incubation eggs, and when switching to output, applying 1% inositol solution. Aqueous solution of inositol is obtained by mixing inositol in distilled water at temperature of 18–22 °C.
EFFECT: proposed method for industrial incubation of chicken eggs provides reduction of abnormal intensity of lipid peroxidation processes, increased embryonic viability, hatchability, improved indices of young stock nervous system.
