FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: method for prevention of hepatosis in laying hens is characterized by the fact that phytobiotic “HerbaStor” is introduced into the basic diet of laying hens in dose of 0.7 kg per 1 ton of fodder for 60 days with break of 30 days, three courses, at the beginning, in the middle and at the end egg-laying.
EFFECT: invention enables to expand the range of agents (phytobiotics) promoting the prevention of hepatosis, normalization of functional, barrier and enzyme-forming function of liver and increasing productivity and safety of poultry.
