FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention covers a concrete element with a polymer protective tubing insert made by assembly of production elements from polymers and elastomers. Polymer protective tubing insert geometrically repeats the concave part of the tubing segment, which is the working part of reinforced concrete products in the manifold. Protective tubing polymer liner of concrete element consists of anchor sheet with V-shaped anchor elements, frame, angle and elastomer seal, where the frame is made in the form of a profile characterized by a shaped cross-section with at least three rounded protruding elements of different height on one side and mainly a flattened side with an elongated flange on the opposite side, angle is made in the form of a solid element characterized by the presence of two sides located at an angle. Section of each of the elements corresponds to the section of the frame. Elastomeric seal is made in the form of a profile and is characterized by a shaped cross-section with protruding tenons, made mating the cross-section of the frame and the angle, and a flat outer side. Anchor sheet with V-shaped anchor elements is made with possibility of covering at least inner surface of concrete element. Frame adjoins end sides of concrete element with its flat side and is made with possibility of fixation inside concrete element at least by its elongated flange. Angles are made with possibility of attachment to frame in corners of concrete element. Elastomer seal is made with possibility of fitting by its protruding tenons into the frame as a tenon-groove.
EFFECT: higher reliability due to sealing of concrete elements against waste water and gases.
