FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to collapsible joint of “tenon-groove” type of flat parts from sheet resilient material and can be used in detachable joints. Connecting unit contains at least two mating parts, a section of the edge of one of which is made in the form of a tenon with the possibility of being placed in the groove of the second connected part; at that, the tenon height does not exceed the thickness of the part with the groove. Cut of parts from sheet material is made by laser cutting. Tenon contains at least one elastically deflecting petal. Tenon end is the base of the petal and is made less than the width of the slot of the mating part. Width of the gap between the petal and the tenon is equal to the difference between the width of the tenon and the groove, and the thickness of the petal and the width of its base are equal to ⅓ of the thickness of the part. In compliance with second version, the connecting unit contains at least two mating parts, the edge section of one of which is made in the form of a tenon with the possibility of placing in the groove of the second connected part, and the height of the tenon does not exceed the thickness of the part with the groove. Cut of parts from sheet material is made by laser cutting, and groove contains at least one elastically deflecting petal. Base of the petal is the end face of the part, and the width of the groove at the end face of the part is greater than the width of the tenon of the mating part. Width of the gap between the petal and the groove wall is equal to the difference between the width of the tenon and the groove, and the thickness of the petal and the width of its base are equal to ⅓ of the part thickness.

EFFECT: creation of reliable collapsible joint of “tenon-groove” type of flat parts from sheet elastic material with possibility of their repeated disconnection and connection without application of additional tools.
