FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used to assess accuracy of installation of rotary part (output link) of hydraulic drive in spatial position. Disclosed is a method for determining angular errors of a rotary hydraulic drive, which includes monitoring values of readings of an angular position sensor without supplying hydraulic power to the system with a locked output link of hydraulic drive 4, carried out by means of personal electronic computer (PC) 1, The latter incorporates software to control hydraulic drive 4 via hydraulic drive control device (HDCD) 6. At the first stage, on slipway 3, which is a massive base, rigidly fixed to the floor, hydraulic drive 4 is installed, to which load 5 is installed, then by means of DC power supply source 2 power supply is supplied to HDCD 6. Personal computer 1 is switched on and the software is started, after which it is ensured that the mechanical stops of the hydraulic drive enter the holes of its rotary plates. At the second stage, using the software, readings of the angular position sensor by azimuth and roll, which are supplied to personal computer 1 from the angular position sensors of the hydraulic drive through HDCD 6, and the azimuth and bank adjustment factors available in HDCD 6 flash memory, which are transmitted to personal computer 1 from HDCD 6. Analysis of the obtained results is carried out, based on which serviceability of the hydraulic drive is determined.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to control values of readings of the angular position sensor without supply of hydraulic power to the system when the output link of the hydraulic drive is locked.
