FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a strain of microscopic fungus Trichothecium roseum HPL21/2.2, deposited in All-Russia Research Institute for Agricultural Microbiology under registration number RCAM05940. Strain has antagonistic activity with respect to the apple scab agent Venturia inaequalis and can be used to create a biopreparation for protecting apple trees from scab.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to increase quality of apple-tree fruits, yield; reducing pesticide pressure on environment and damaging action of fungicides on trees.
