FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used at thermal power plants for steam generation, in particular in boilers with natural circulation. Additional evaporation circuit is introduced, part of boiler water from the first outlet of drum (1) is supplied to remote cyclone (2). In the salt compartment, separation of boiler water from the natural circulation circuit is carried out, after which steam from remote cyclone (2) is supplied to condenser (4). Continuous blowdown of boiler unit (6) is carried out with water separated in remote cyclone (2) (salt compartment). Steam is condensed in condenser (4). Impurities, which have passed into steam by dissolution and entrainment with moisture, pass into condensate, which is sent to evaporator (5), in which condensate is evaporated to state x=0.9–0.95, where x is weight fraction of steam content. Produced two-phase vapor-drop flow is directed into remote cyclone (3) and separated, from where saturated steam is supplied to superheater (8) by means of the fact that it is supplied to steam line connecting the second outlet of drum (1) and inlet of steam superheater (8), through which steam is removed from drum (1). Water remaining in evaporator (5) is returned to the circuit of boiler unit (6). Thus, steam with lower concentration of impurities compared to the method of the closest analogue is supplied to superheater (8). For steam condensation, its cooling in condenser (4) is performed with feed water supplied also to economizer (7). Besides, steam cooling in condenser (4) can be performed using water from external cyclone (3), combining it with feed water flow. Drum (1) is fed by combined water flow heated in condenser (4) and in economizer (7).
EFFECT: improved steam quality at constant blowdown flow rate.
