FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to mechanization of labour-intensive processes in animal breeding. Station includes hay storage, silo and haylage trenches, fodder movement device in the form of an unmanned frontal loader, made with the possibility of its automatic control over the collection, delivery and unloading of fodder components into the storage bins with augers, stationary fodder mixer with discharge opening and conical augers located in it at the bottom. Station also has silos for feedstuff components, each of which is intended for a separate component, and a container for fodder molasses. Station includes inclined belt conveyor, central distribution belt conveyor with sorting gates and belt conveyors for feeding groups of animals with guide funnels. Horizontal auger for utilization of fodder mixture residues is installed below level of clean floor and with adjoining to inclined auger for fodder mixture utilization for transportation into cart. System is equipped with control units. Housings of all components storage tanks and stationary fodder mixer are installed on strain gauges.
EFFECT: invention usage will make it possible to provide automatic control of fodder mixture preparation, its distribution to animals, as well as utilization of uneaten fodder mixture residues, without direct human participation.
